WORLD MARKETING GROUP (WMG) PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how World Marketing Group (WMG) treats your personal data. By using World Marketing Group (WMG)'s service in person, via our mobile application or visiting any of our World Marketing Group (WMG) websites, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy, as amended from time to time.

Collection of personal data

World Marketing Group (WMG) only collects personal information that is necessary to carry out its contractual obligations, in accordance with legal requirements. The failure to provide World Marketing Group (WMG) with mandatory personal information may result in World Marketing Group (WMG) being unable to provide you with the requested service. Where any information is not necessary, the field will be marked "optional" in the relevant forms.

Personal data may be collected directly from you through the World Marketing Group (WMG) website or mobile application, by email, over the phone, or provided to us by the last mile delivery company that is delivering your article. The data collected may include, but is not limited to, your first and last name, billing and/or delivery address, mobile phone number, email address, banking and/or credit card details, and if you have contacted World Marketing Group (WMG)’s customer service, the details of the contact and the contact history.

The use of the World Marketing Group (WMG) website may also include the gathering of data which may at times contain or be associated with personal data. Examples of data which may be collected include: the number of times you visit the World Marketing Group (WMG) website or mobile application, the length of time spent on the World Marketing Group (WMG) website or mobile application, the pages you visit on the World Marketing Group (WMG) website, as well as server log data such as your computer's IP address, your preferred browser and the website you visited prior to using the World Marketing Group (WMG) website.

WMG Delivery App collects your location information with your consent during the first time you use the app. Your location history will be collected by the following methods:

Automatically report location (Geocoding) to WMG Delivery server with a 2 to 5-minutes interval while the app is actively used in foreground or running in background.
Uploaded to server after you choose to check-in from the app at a certain time every day.

The collected data include:

Your accound ID (an internal numeric code).
Your devices' geocoding (longitude and latitude).
The timestamp when server receives the data.

The collected data will be purged every 30 days after uploading to WMG Delivery server.

Use of personal data

The purposes for which World Marketing Group (WMG) collects and uses your personal data include, for example, ensuring that you have not opted out of World Marketing Group (WMG)'s service, providing you with the service (including notifying you regarding the status of your order or delivery), verifying your identity when using the service, and resolving any problems or disputes you may encounter in relation to the service.

World Marketing Group (WMG) may also use your personal data for complying with legal and regulatory obligations and requirements; accounting, risk management, compliance and record keeping purposes; research and evaluation purposes; and staff training.

If you have contacted World Marketing Group (WMG)'s customer service with any complaints or comments, we will use and/or disclose your personal data (including contact history) to respond to you and handle the complaint. If you do not wish for World Marketing Group (WMG) to disclose your identity to the party you are complaining about, you must let World Marketing Group (WMG) know immediately. However, doing so may limit our capacity to deal with your complaint effectively or satisfactorily.

World Marketing Group (WMG) will use your personal data to market its services to you only if you have provided your consent for it to do so. You may opt out of receiving any such direct marketing messages at any time.

If World Marketing Group (WMG) needs to use your personal data for any other purposes, World Marketing Group (WMG) will notify you and obtain your consent beforehand. You will be given the opportunity to withhold or withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data in relation to these other purposes.

Only certain administrators from WMG Delivery can access the location data. The collected data are presented on a Singapore map, which demonstrates the actual position of the device. Upon authorized party's request (such as consignee or sender, logistic company of the parcel associat), the system will use the location as a POD (Prof of Delivery) to the requester.

Disclosure of personal data

Your personal data will be disclosed to third parties only with your consent or when it is necessary for World Marketing Group (WMG) to carry out its obligations to you. For instance, World Marketing Group (WMG) may contract with a service provider to perform technical, administrative, logistical, or other services on World Marketing Group (WMG)'s behalf, or partner with a last mile delivery company to provide the service to you. World Marketing Group (WMG) may share your personal data with such service providers. World Marketing Group (WMG) may disclose your personal data to third parties who provide necessary services to World Marketing Group (WMG), such as World Marketing Group (WMG)'s consultants and professional advisors (such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors). World Marketing Group (WMG) may also disclose your personal data to third parties in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and requirements. World Marketing Group (WMG) may also disclose your personal data, and you consent to the disclosure of your personal data, to other entities within the World Marketing Group (WMG) group of companies.

The personal data you provide to World Marketing Group (WMG) will be transferred to and stored with a cloud service provider with servers that are located in [Singapore]. Some of these countries may not have the same or substantially similar privacy laws than those of your home jurisdiction. In those circumstances, World Marketing Group (WMG) will ensure that recipients in those countries will provide you with a standard of protection that is at least comparable to the protection of your home jurisdiction.

World Marketing Group (WMG) reserves the right to disclose your personal data if it is required or authorised to do so by law. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganisation, dissolution or similar event, your personal data may be part of the assets that is transferred. You consent to such transfer and you acknowledge and agree that any successor or acquirer of World Marketing Group (WMG) or its assets will continue to have the right to use your personal data and other information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

Retention of personal data

World Marketing Group (WMG) will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, except where World Marketing Group (WMG) is legally obliged to retain such information. World Marketing Group (WMG) will destroy or anonymise any personal data it holds about you which it no longer requires under the terms of this privacy policy.

By using World Marketing Group (WMG)'s service or the World Marketing Group (WMG) website, you signify that you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by World Marketing Group (WMG) in accordance with this Policy.

Due to the nature of the internet, World Marketing Group (WMG) does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the security of your personal data during transmission to World Marketing Group (WMG) or storage by World Marketing Group (WMG) and you acknowledge that you disclose your personal data to World Marketing Group (WMG) at your own risk.

Withdrawal of consent, access to and correction of personal data

If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving direct marketing communications from World Marketing Group (WMG) or do not want us to share your personal data with other parties, please contact us at the email address (cs@worldmarketing-group.com) or follow the steps to unsubscribe which are presented in communications you receive from us. We will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. Please note that the withdrawal of any authorisations for processing of your personal data by third parties may result in us not being able to provide you with any services.

World Marketing Group (WMG) needs your assistance to ensure that the personal data provided to us is complete and accurate. All requests to access or correct personal data must be in writing.

Third Parties

This Policy applies to the World Marketing Group (WMG) website and information that World Marketing Group (WMG) collects from you. World Marketing Group (WMG) may offer through its website or send to registered users links to or offers from third parties. For example, World Marketing Group (WMG) may enable you to share certain materials on World Marketing Group (WMG)'s services with others through social networking services such as Facebook or Twitter. This Policy does not apply to information that you may provide to or that may be collected by such third parties and World Marketing Group (WMG) is not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data by such third parties. World Marketing Group (WMG) shall not be liable for any special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any loss of reputation or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, strict liability, statute or otherwise, suffered as a result of unauthorised or unintended use, access or disclosure of your personal data.

Changes to this Policy

World Marketing Group (WMG) may amend this Policy from time to time. The amended Policy will be published on the World Marketing Group (WMG) website at www.worldmarketing-group.com.
